Call Manager helps you call from large contact lists without manually dialing or uploading Excel files. Simply copy your data, paste it, call through QR, update status, and download the final report.
1. Prepare Your Contact List
Create your list in Excel using any simple format such as:
- John Doe 9876543210
- John 9876543210
No fixed columns required.
No file upload required.
2. Paste Your Data
Copy your rows from Excel and paste them into the “Paste Names + Numbers” box.
Click Load Contacts (merge).
The tool automatically:
- Detects names
- Detects numbers
- Removes duplicates
- Adds new contacts
- Updates existing contacts
3. Select a Contact
Choose any contact from the dropdown to view:
- Name
- Phone number
- Previously saved status
- Notes
4. Scan the QR Code to Call
Every contact generates a QR code with a phone link.
Steps:
- Open the camera on your phone
- Scan the QR
- Tap to call directly using your SIM card
Works on all smartphones. No app required. Free plan supports up to 50 QR scans per day.
5. Update Call Status
After calling, choose from the available status options:
- Not Answered
- Busy / Call Back
- Wrong Number
- Not Interested
- Interested
- Follow-Up Required
- Meeting Scheduled
- WhatsApp Required
- Duplicate
- Other (custom)
The system automatically stores the updated status and time.
6. Add Notes
Add important notes such as:
- “Requested call back at 6 PM”
- “Interested — send pricing”
- “Wrong number”
Click Save Notes to store them.
7. Move to the Next Contact
Use Next Contact to continue calling without interruption.
The tool cycles through the list in the correct order.
8. Download Updated Excel
After finishing your calls, click Download Updated Excel to export:
- Contact name
- Phone number
- Status
- Category
- Notes
Useful for reporting, CRM uploads, or team sharing.
9. Your Data Stays Local
All data is stored only in your browser’s local storage.
This means:
- Your contacts never leave your device
- Nothing is uploaded to any server
- Full privacy and control
Note: clearing browser storage or switching devices will erase the data.
Download your Excel regularly.
10. Reset Anytime
Use Delete Contacts to clear all stored contacts and start fresh at any time.
